The Red Wire Technologies (RWT) Tellurium RF Personality Module is designe to work with the entire family of RWT modular embedded SDRs. Tellurium provides:
- 1 channel Rx LNA/Filter and 1 channel Tx PA/filter module
- Integarted Tx/Rx switch
- 70MHZ to 6GHz
- Intergarted 2W Limiter to prevent receiver damage in strong RF environments
- Antenna port ESD protection diodes
- Independent selectable Low-pass and High-pass filter banks for Rx Path
- Selectable image rejection filter on TX Path
- RX Noise Figure < 1.8dB from 90MHz - 6GHz (NF <3 from 70MHz - 90MHz)
- 100mW transmit power
